Chicken salad! One of very few recipes that I do well (I know, it's so simple, but seriously it's a victory for me. I am *not* skilled in the kitchen).

We had cilantro lime rice and pork carnitas from skinnytaste.com very 'chipotle' like but healthier and soooo good!

Hoisin-soy pork loin chops, brown rice, roasted sweet potatoes and steamed black kale.

Grilled pork chops, creamy mushroom rice, and steamed carrots from our garden.

I made sage rubbed ribs for my husband and a vegetable tian with tomatoes, potatoes, zucchini, and onions, garlic, and long hots on the bottom. Using up all of this week's farmers market veggies! I got so many potatoes because I was going to make potato salad for a labor day BBQ but I changed my mind so we've had potatoes every day this week!

We went to the beach! I had fish spread and a grouper reuben.

@Mrsdaredevil: @Coco Bee: They’re ground turkey (you could use beef) browned and seasoned with Worcestershire sauce (sp??), garlic salt, pepper and ketchup (I used sugar free). Then wrapped in a tortilla with shredded cheese and tomato slices and grilled on a panini press! It’s a favorite at our house!

@Coco Bee: They had it at our grocery store! I don’t remember what the brand is. I didn’t think I’d be able to find any but I was THRILLED!
