@Andrea: I'm so grateful that hubs loves to cook. He YouTubes Jamie Oliver or something, watches an episode, slams the computer shut and says, "I can do it better. I'm going to the grocery store. Be back later." Then he comes home and makes a mess in the kitchen but at least there's food for me!

Mine not only destroys the kitchen but then destroys the food. Last weekend he made split pea and ham soup and blended it with the bone in so the soup had bits of bone in it. Horrible!

my mom made beef stir fry with lots of fresh veggies. We ate it over rice with kimchee (mool kimchee for me). Yum.
