I'm still brainstorming...I'm thinking some sort of eggplant rolls stuffed with spinach or asparagus.

I'm not sure yet! DH is working until 1am so LO and I need to figure something out and leftovers don't sound appetizing! I hope I can steal some ideas from this thread.

Garlic roasted chicken breasts, sweet chili and cilantro sweet potatoes, roasted broccoli.

Going to a friend's house for our annual Christmas potluck. Having appetizers, salad, bread, stuffed shells and dessert. Yum!

I took some fish out and we plan to have the garlic butter tilapia that Mrs. Bee posted about a while ago. DH isn't a huge fan of fish though so we'll see if he's still okay with that when he gets home.

We are going out to Claimjumper. Hubs really likes their pies, so I wanted to make sure he got some for our anniversary tonight.

I have no idea what we're having tonight. Our water main broke at some point yesterday, so no running water last night or today (we're both at work today, so NBD). DH is supposed to fix it tonight (he dug it out last night). So depending on if its fixed when I get home or not, will determine if I will cook or pick up take out. We shall see....
