We have leftover lemon chicken + sauce, so I think I'm just going to slice up the chicken and toss it with some pasta.

Hubs is doing hot pot with beef, shrimp, imitation crab, spinach, cabbage, tofu, corn, bok choy. Will be ready any minute.

We had spaghetti with meat & red sauce. Not the greatest but it was easy, time for the Fiesta Bowl!!

Just left the gym and threw in a jerk chicken frozen pizza. Lame....

cooked for the first time in a month! Seared steaks on the stove with a dry rub. DH had his with fries; I had mine sliced thinly on rye with tomato and onion. Yum.
