It's pizza night here! We used to do it on Fridays (maybe every other week) but I've convinced DH to do it on Thursdays so I don't have to cook during a post-a-thon

We're dry aging steaks for FIL's bday next weekend so we're going to take the trimmed off pieces and cook it in the cast iron with peppers & onions!

Except I use regular hot sauce, sour cream and throw in a can or two of diced tomatoes because DH likes it better that way.
