It's been a LONG two weeks. I'm STILL feeling sick. Wagon Sr. is out picking up Panera-- I'm craving their grilled chicken cobb salad! I told him to pick up a dessert too... hopefully he picks something yummy.

We had eggplant sandwiches instead of our usual Friday pizza and a movie since the kids are sick and we couldn't eat meat anyway. Pizza and a movie night is just not the same during Lent, sigh.

@Honeybee: oh nothing fancy...I slice an apple fairly thin, smear a tbsp or so of mustard on one side of two tortillas, layer spinach then sliced cheddar cheese (not processed cheese slices) then the apples, then the top (mustard down) then cook it on the stove over very low heat until it's browned and the cheese is melted.

I wasn't hungry earlier so I had a hunk of tofu. But now I'm hungry but DH is out at Poker Night with the guys (ugh). So now I'm, like, UGH!

It was decent day today so we had some delicious bbq'd steaks and baked potatoes

I had random things. Boiled potatoes, carrot sticks with hummus, and a mango. Then a couple hours later I had oatmeal, fake bacon, and orange juice.
I don't know what is up with my weird diet lately... the end of pregnancy does weird things to me. -
We picked up Chili's. One of the few places I can still eat a variety despite my restrictions!

I made pork kebabs with roasted butternut squash and sauteed spinach but after all the work in preparation I didn't feel like eating it.

We had korean marinated beef, fried tofu, squid, and pickles. Sounds kinda gross when I type it out but it was good!
