Chicken Tacos... something easy peasy!

I need inspiration too.... Although, Chicken Taco's sound amazing!

Grilled swordfish, zucchini and sweet potatoes.

And oldie but a goodie! Pasta w chicken, crab meat & broccoli.

I have no idea! Chances are DH hasn't grocery shopped so I'll have to get creative or go to the drive thru bc I'll be going home tonight since I'm not working tomorrow :)pasta is an easy fix!

This makes me hungry. No dinner inspiration yet. Any ideas for what to do with leftover rotisserie chicken?

@regberadaisy: @Sweet T: take some chicken breasts cut into strips and put them in a big pot full of water, turn it on high an boil it until you can break it apart with a fork. Salt and pepper to taste!
The gravy is where you buy one of those jars of turkey gravy and heat it up and cover the chicken In it. It's best over white rice

I'm still having food/cooking aversions so I just picked up a rotisserie chicken and some sides. There's a local catering company that also operates a food court and fancier restaurants all in one spot, which is vey convenient. And cheap! My chicken dinner cost less than $12 and we'll have leftovers.

Fish tacos. Red snapper to be precise. Quick and easy.

Chicken casserole with potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and mushroom soup. Oh and cheese on top of course.

Lasagna. And maybe an entire loaf of garlic bread.
Finally escaped after 2 all day meetings at a hotel. I'm FREE!!!

And the winner is...Freezer Soup, lol. I think its Black Bean Taco soup...it's kind of miserable outside today, so soup works for me, and after baking a ton of bread yesterday I really had no desire to spend much time in the kitchen tonight.
