We're having oven baked rainbow trout Vietnamese style w sauté Swiss chard and vermicelli! I think I might just serve the vermicelli tossed with a little sesame oil and call it a day....

Ugh - I bought boneless pork chops to make with sauteed apples & onions and mashed sweet potatoes, but when the pork hit the pan, I could tell it wasn't good! So we got Chinese take-out instead.

We had a fantastic dinner tonight! I used my food processor to chop up some stove top stuffing. I dredged some boneless pork chops in it and baked. Sautéed broccoli, zucchini and onions as our veggie and we had homemade garlic knots as our bread. M ate almost an entire chop herself!

If DH ever gets home from golfing, we are having penne with grilled chicken, green beans, grilled peaches, and feta.

No idea. I want DH to take me out for dinner. Work was supposed to compensate me for lunch but I worked through it, so my dinner will be paid for.
