It was a tough day.... we stopped and picked up Subway. The good news? Wagon Jr. totally vacuumed up half of a footlong meatball marinara! I had roasted chicken breast with lots and lots of veggies.Then we had pineapple for dessert.

@mrs.wagon we had subway too! I was super tired after spin class and did not want to cook. I had a turkey sub on wheat with spinach, tomatoes, and lots of banana peppers. Yum!

We had rosemary and garlic leg of lamb with cheesy broccoli scalloped potatoes.
Yay for the crock pot, otherwise it would have been eating out or breakfast for dinner. -

I went to my parents for the afternoon and taught my brother how to make my homemade healthy hamburger helper - it was a hit! My whole family loved it.
My little brother is 15 and it was his day to make dinner and all he ever makes is spaghetti - drives me (and I don't even live there!) and my dad nuts lol. My dad was happy for a change.

Last night was Mexican food. Tonight, sigh. I'm going to have to make something. Probably salad with Tilapia and quinoa. Two of the three are ready to go, one just needs to be cooked. I'm going for easy today.

I'm not sure yet... we had dinner out at the seafood night for MGM's Casino buffet and I pigged out. So I'd like to go light tonight!

Last night we had cilantro lime tilapia tacos. Tonight it's chicken piccata. Definitely a salad and some kind of veggie with it; probabaly some rice, too.

Last night we were bad....loaded hot dogs. But they were soooo good, we only eat this local brand. With yam fries!
Tonight it will be pork stir fry, asian veggies and jasmine rice (still deciding if I'm going to mix in brown rice or give my husband a treat and just do jasmine :P!
