Probably keeping it simple tonight! We are out of groceries and I have a big shopping trip planned tomorrow.
We will probably do soup and sandwiches tonight.

I'm undecided. I feel like I should cook something, but I'm completely lacking inspiration and motivation today.
DH suggested I order a pizza because "it's post-a-thon night".

BBQ pork loin in slow cooker. Roasted veggies left over from last night. And I made some dairy-free blueberry muffins for dessert. Which I already sampled as a snack.

Keeping it simple tonight with carbonara. I also am making some paleo vanilla cupcakes with chocolate frosting. I'm not going paleo, but these sounded good. We'll see!

We were going to have pork chops but I suddenly had a pregnancy aversion to the raw meat. So we ordered Italian instead. Mmm can't wait for my chicken parm sub.

Chicken sausage, roasted purple cauliflower, snow peas, and shiitake mushrooms. I make the weirdest combination of foods and turn it into a meal.
