BLTs we had left over bacon from breakfast. It hit the spot tonight.

We had leftover Chinese, and then went had frozen yogurt (Mine was dark chocolate, pumpkin pie, chocolate hazelnut and graham cracker crumbs. I was depressed and wanted to bury myself in something sugary. It was divine.)

We had tilapia with jerk seasoning, corn/black beans and kale. It look 10 mins to make. Win!

Frozen pizza. I had everything prepped to make spaghetti sauce in the crock pot, and I misplaced the lid in the house move. Oops.

Homemade GF orange chicken, brown rice and pineapple. It was delicious!

We had Vegan Korean BBQ. DH made it all. The BBQ'd part was some marinated tempeh, and then for sides he made a dish with those really long skinny mushrooms, and a cucumber salad type thing. It was all delish.
