Grilled chicken breast on chiabetta and possibly a tomato aioli with baked yam fries. LO is getting pan seared fish because she's not a fan of just plain grilled chicken!

I just realized I have no dinner planned. I could maybe stretch leftovers one more night for the kids and just scrouge around for me and DH, but I'm not sure they will be willing to have chicken tortilla soup for yet another night (would be night 3)...

I majorly failed today and forgot to put the ingredients in the crock pot for tortilla soup. I was so excited to eat it. I texted my husband when I remember and that I was sorry I failed dinner and he sent me this link: menmakedinnerday.com lol, too funny!

Depends. If little one cooperates and allows me to do the prep we'll have pork fried rice. If not, we'll have broccoli/chicken/penne in a lemon garlic sauce.

DH won't be home tonight so I'm solo with DD. So dinner will probably be leftover loaded potato (but really loaded cauliflower) soup and maybe a salad...or something, after DD's in bed.

@lilyann: we're making chicken tortilla soup, too! Not in the crockpot though. Topped with lime, cilantro, avocado and a little sour cream. It's the perfect soup weather here!
