Since the weather is gloomy and rainy and I"m sick I really would like a big bowl of jook but will settle for my turkey sandwhich instead because I don't want to leave my office

Salad with lots of green veggies, tomatoes and feta. I've also packed a few crackers.

Kale salad with carrots, cucumbers, red bell peppers, walnuts and raisins, and lemon tahini dressing. Half an apple with some almond butter.

Going out for Pho with my co-workers. It was rainy earlier, but now it's starting to clear up.
