I'm wondering the same thing! At lunch I have to go home and throw a chicken in the crock pot for dinner tonight, but I haven't even thought about what i'll eat for lunch! probably something quick and easy. Maybe just a salad

DD's schedule is such now that we're usually out of the house around lunchtime, so I have a late morning snack and another snack after she goes down for her afternoon nap, in lieu of lunch.
This morning's snack was some nuts and dried fruit, an apple with some cheddar cheese and a couple squares of dark chocolate. This afternoon I'll probably have a leftover burger patty and a couple mandarin oranges.

I brought a bunch of random stuff to work today. Wheat thins, cheese, tapioca pudding, and a fiber one bar.

Pulled pork on top of a corn tortilla with cheese and topped with an over easy egg. Technically a late breakfast for us but it is lunchtime...

DH made an awesome chicken tortilla soup in the crock pot, so I have that, tortilla chips and a little cheese to sprinkle on it, and a green apple.
