TBD. I spent yesterday throwing up my lunch, so I'm not sure what I want today. i really want chinese food, but that is surely a dumb idea. I just can't bring myself to eat chicken and broccoli, though.

i had a big breakfast (eggs, bacon, toast and juice), so my belly is still full. i have leftover roast chicken in the fridge if i change my mind later though

Leftovers - Chinese veggies w/ oyster sauce, these purple beany/grainy healthy rice blend thing (this is the only way I know how to describe it... lol), steamed ground pork (made into a giant patty, filled w/ seasoning & some pickled veggies).
Man, I hate describing Chinese food! I barely know what I'm eating sometimes!

It will be leftovers, either a beef stroganoff or some verde chicken enchiladas with a bunch of veggies on the side.
But I'm on PST so C and I just got done with breakfast over here!

Ehh, boring end-of-the-week-out-of-groceries work lunch. PB sandwich on gluten free bread, Greek yogurt, baby carrots, some baked chips, and a little bit of fresh pineapple.

@snowjewelz: hahahaha I know what you mean!! But that all sounds sooo good! Me thinks I'm making Chinese this weekend! Steamed black bean spare ribs, fish tofu w/black mushroom, chinese sausage stir fry and chinese broccoli w/oyster sauce. MMm and maybe watercress soup!

@locavore_mama: I looove black bean spare ribs! Goes so well w/ rice! I'm begging DH to get white rice again... We tried to be healthy and eat brown rice or this weird purple rice, but I really miss plain old white rice!

@snowjewelz: hahah I know! I love using the juice over rice! haha I am trying to get DH to eat brown rice but he refuses. But he eats SO little rice I should just make it anyway for LO & I. But yes, gotta have good ol fashion white rice! I keep both, maybe a half/half mixture? That's what I did to try and get DH to eat brown rice. hahah Or maybe white rice 1x a week and healthy rice the rest? haha
