It's been a while, but here I am!!

Today nothing looked good in the caf (and I totally forgot my lunch at home) so I made myself a HUGE salad with lots of romaine and spinach, chicken, hard boiled eggs, mushrooms, cucumbers, a few croutons, a tiny scoop of potato salad, and honey mustard dressing. They didn't have the chunks of feta today... boo. I also had half a slice of pita bread. I wanted something sweet when I was done so I ate a Nature Valley peanut butter and chocolate protein bar. I'm so stuffed now I can barely think.
