Pork tacos! DH seasoned a shoulder last night and now it's cooking in the crock pot.

Good question. I was supposed to pull pork chops out of the freezer last night but I forgot....
We will probably end up doing take out or something since we are going out of town tomorrow and I hate to have to cook and clean up when I'm already busy with packing.
