I'm already working on a baby book design for my LO and I wanted to know what the bees put in their baby book! What did you write about? What stats did you include? How did you record milestones? What pictures did you include? Anything you didn't include and wish you had?
So far I have a letter written to her at the beginning, a pregnancy timeline, ultrasound pictures and some information about each one and room for a birth story.
Any other ideas?

Pregnancy book or baby book? Title says baby but your wording sounds like you mean pregnancy

@Mamaof2: It's a baby book, but it's including pregnancy stuff. I don't see the purpose of making a whole book just to document the pregnancy since I don't think I have that much to say about it and I didn't do weekly bump pics or anything. This book is supposed to cover from pregnancy to when LO is one. So the first few pages are about the pregnancy and then the rest will document everything from LO's birth to her first birthday!

I separated my pregnancy and first year book but I did bimonthly bump pics and journaled as I went. In his first year book I put a letter to him in the beginning like you and I put my favorite picture of him from each month (1 month, 2 months, etc) up with a journal entry of his milestones, how BFing is going, favorite moments, etc. then for the next 3 or so pages I put all the pictures we've taken of him for that month.

I have a baby book that's mostly things to write about and not pictures. I am doing a seperate scrapbook for her pictures in the first year. Some of the things in the baby book are a little envelope for a lock of hair, ultrasound pic, foot and hand print, some stuff about her room like her books, toys, special touches, colors... a place for her favorite songs, bedtime routine...

I started making a scrapbook when pregnant and it has continued into a baby book. Though she's 17 mo and I'm only up to 8 mo in the book! But I have some bump pics, ultrasound pics, pics from my shower, etc. Then I have different firsts of hers like first bath, sitting up, etc. and all of her monthly pictures. I also have my hospital bracelet, her footprints, newspaper cover from the day she was born, things like that. I need to get back to adding to it though

My pages told me what to write.
About mommy and daddy, family tree, spread the news, preparation, showers, photos of pregnancy and shower.
Then - arrival, name and birth info, footprints, pics of our visitors, homecoming, the world around (president, headlines, cost of bread, milk, gas.
Then I wrote a paragraph or two about every month and glued her monthly photo to the page.
Then, firsts. Like bath, tooth, haircut, vacation, holidays, etc.
Then, favorites from first year.
After that? I slack.
