Ours is to re-tile the entire house (about 800 sq ft), because it wasn't put in correctly when the house was built and all of it is coming up. Not looking forward to that mess!

Either redoing our bathroom (pulling off the tile and everything on the walls right down to the studs and replacing the bathtub, toilet, and plumbing) or the roof. We are doing the roof in spring for sure, and our goal was to work on the bathroom this winter, but I'm not sure if we will get to it or not

That does not sounds like fun! But it well look great when you are done!
I'm going to tackle refinishing the kitchen cabinets, but keep avoiding it since out is a big job and my husband will freak if I take too long getting it done!

We bought a fixer upper so we are getting the popcorn ceilings scraped, paint, new windows, new sliding door and new carpet before we move in. We need to save and wait a bit to upgrade the kitchen and bathrooms!

I'd like to install a dishwasher, although I'm not sure yet if we're going to do that or not. I feel like I spend all of my time doing dishes though, and once LO is born, it may be helpful to have some extra time to do other things.

Our condo is in good shape but the weather stripping is coming off our front door. I have no idea how to replace it. Guess I'll just go to a hardware store and ask!

Besides making the office a nursery and moving the desk into our bedroom, redoing a bathroom. Retitling the walls and floors. So not looking forward to the mess DH is going to make!

Nothing in the immediate future, but the next thing would be refinishing the deck and updating the bathrooms.

We need to have a dryer vent put in (it's very tricky, our garage is essentially underground -- house is on a slope, rest of house at ground level, garage below with a driveway dug in and retaining walls -- so the only place to put it is across the garage from where the w/d hookups are. We got an estimate to tear into the ceiling and as long as the joists are going the right way, build a chase in the ceiling going out the side wall, but it's $800 so we're waiting.

Ugh. I don't even know where to start.
We need to develop our basement so that we can have another bedroom and put an office down there so we can move the office from the to-be-nursery downstairs. Sooooooo not looking forward to the basement reno. It's huge and filled with junk.
