Mama! It's all E has said, but it's definitely the "best."

DD: I love your cooking mama (this after DS spat the same food out all over the floor)

During our lockdown due to HFM weekend, Wagon Jr. was sitting in my bed watching Bubble Guppies with tears silently streaming down his face. I asked him, "why are you crying?" and he said "because the Bubble Guppies don't have a home."

We've since had many conversations about how the Bubble Guppies show is about school, so they don't show their homes (or mommies or daddies or grandparents) but they do have homes, just like his friends at school do. So he does feel better about it now. But that was just unreal.

"It's ok mama, it doesn't matter."

I must say "it doesn't matter" a lot b/c DS has been saying it quite often lately when I make a big deal out of something like spilling milk or making other messes.

LO just started telling me: I LOVE YOU - unprompted, and not in response to me telling her I love her! I called my husband the other day and he told LO mama was on the phone and LO took it and said "I love you" into the phone. Heart melt.

Last night we went over to our friends' house for dinner. As we were leaving, DD and her best friend were sad to say goodbye, and then DD said, "Don't worry, L. We'll always come back to see you!" Then gave each other hugs and kisses. It was so cute!

@sarbear: Love the name Aurora! If it wasn't so close to our first daughter's name, it would have been high on our list.

To some punk at the park, "Well that's a bad attitude to have!" Hahaha, my LO is 2.5.
