I don't get what the difference is between the chair that's 19.99 & the ones listed for 44.99 and up. I see the one for 74.99 has an extra tray on top but other than that what am I missing?

Wow maybe if I had read the descriptions a little better I would have seen where the $44+ chairs convert to booster seats & recline.
Now which one should I buy two cheep ones or the ones that convert? I would think just by taking the tray off you could still use the cheaper one as a booster seat. I could careless about the reclining. or should I care about it

As others have said the cheaper price is just for the cover. For what it is worth we have this chair http://www.walmart.com/ip/Fisher-Price-Healthy-Care-Deluxe-Booster/17201567.
R is 17 months and it is going strong. Very easy to clean

@Sugar.Biscuit: The one we have doesn't recline...but we did BLW so reclining wasn't an option. I am planning on removing the tray and using it as a booster as it is adjustable in height.
