I used to have a "pen pal" who was Australian. OMG. His voice was too much for my 16 year old self to handle. Ultimate swoonage.

I love it when people have non-characteristic accents. For example, I know a Korean guy who was born and raised in Germany. Asian guy with a German accent? Awesome.

I don't mind accents and I think some are just beautiful. I must admit, I have the WORST time understanding people with accents! One of my friends married a brit. Half the time when I'm around him, I just smile and nod because I can't understand what he's saying!! lol I could never live abroad.

I always loved British accents when I was growing up and then I ended up marrying a Brit and moving to England!
It's particularly nice when my husband speaks French or Italian because it's like a combo accent.... -
I love all kinds of accents, in both men and women. In my last team, I worked with a woman from Australia and men from Ireland, India, England and Scotland. That was tough and I really had to pay attention, because sometimes I just couldn't understand.
My husband speaks almost accentless English, but what I really love is when he speaks his native language. Most of the time I have no idea what he's gibbering on about, but I adore it.

@tequiero21: Just for fun, the hubs (he's Chinese) will try to talk sexy to me with his best Chinese accent. OMG...It's hilarious. But it's hard to talk dirty with an Asian accent.
