I can't remember the story per se but I love the picture of @lawbee: when she first sees her daughter. Truly one of the most beautiful pictures I've ever seen!

Not an HB birth story, but Kelle Hampton's birth story of her daughter with Down Syndrome is so beautifully written, I've read it like 10 times.

@lawbee11: That's right! As soon as you mentioned that it was a story told in pictures, several more of the images popped to mind as well. Such a wonderful way to document M's birth!
@sorrycharlie: Yeah, my C is 13 months old and her birth story is still only half written....I can't even remember the rest of it now!

I don't have a favorite, but man was I glad to have read so many. I'd read several different versions of Ina May Gaskin's books, and all the different stories in those. From that, I knew that was very common for even normal babies to need help breathing after birth - so I didn't stress when my daughter did. It was immensely helpful, I'm really glad I did it.
