trifle! it is easy because you just layer custard, jelly, fruit, cake etc

@knittylady: I've made that sour cream chocolate bundt cake before! I had forgotten about it. I made it for DH as part of the first dinner I ever made him, and he took one bite, looked me in the eye, and said "You don't know it yet, but I'm gonna marry you. This cake just sealed the deal." haha!

I love to make fruit tarts and I feel not as guilty eating it because it has fruit in it.

This truffle. You whip cream and mix it with vanilla pudding and sweetand condensed milk-mixed with fruit and cake it is soooo good. It is always requested for family get togethers. It looks so pretty put together and is pretty easy to make.
