Calla lilies for sure... DH took note of this fact before we were even dating. 5 days into dating it was my half birthday so he sent me half a dozen calla lilies. He knows how to make a girl swoon It was pretty spectacular.
Lately I've been in love with peonies too.

I love roses and orchids. I'd still choose my wedding bouquet any day (purely white roses and white orchids and slightly cascading)

My favorites are the exact same as your wife's, especially peonies and rananculus.

My favorite flower used to be gerberas. They make me smile. But I don't really have a favorite currently. I have two orchid plants that I've managed to keep alive for over a year now. They're gorgeous when they bloom. So, maybe orchids.

Sweetpeas! I also like peonies, lilacs, hydrangeas, columbines, lily of the valley, delphinium and anemones. I grow all of them except for lily of the valley, but hopefully that'll change next year!

@Mrs. Bee: we have the exact same taste in flowers! But I'd have to add tulips to the list too.

Irises are my all-time fave. Especially the heritage varieties that are still scented...they have this spicy scent that's more amazing than any other flower I've smelled!
Lilacs, lily of the valley, poppies, and plain old cosmos are other faves.
