Definitely dark. I like it with nuts and without -- and also with that yummy mint filling some finer dark chocolate bars come with. I have some Ghiradelli chocolate in my cupboard. I'm so tempted to grab a square now. YUM.

All of it! But my go-to chocolate is usually a hazelnut + currant bar or sea salt dark choclate bar. My splurge choclate are Teuscher champagne truffles.

I love dark chocolate with sea salt. I love chocolate with caramel. And I love chocolate with nuts. I love pretty much all chocolate! My favorite used to be Godiva signature truffles but my all time favorite are these Vermont chocolates that my husband's aunt sends me for Christmas...their truffles blow Godiva chocolates out of the water
