Actually that's a lie. My fav thing is to mix it with a box of KD.

Do you have eggs and/or crackers? Make hamburgers with grilled peppers & broccoli as sides.

@MrsBrewer: I'm kinda liking the sloppy joe idea. Sloppy Jose's are awesome. I make mine with a can of tomato soup.

@MrsBrewer: I season the hamburger with cumin, red pepper flakes, onion and garlic powder, seasoning salt and a little bit of chili powder. I'll usually saute some small sweet peppers and onions too, when the meat is done I use a little bit of El Pato tomato sauce just to "wet" the meat. It's kind of spicy so not too much, you can also use tomato sauce to the same effect. Then I grade some cheddar cheese and mix it into the refried beans. For the add-in's I slice a tomato, and an avocado, and some like sour cream or greek yogurt.

Then I heat up an old fry pan and crisp the rolled up burrito, I don't use any oil on it though. I got the recipe at http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2010/07/brown-hot-and-plenty-of-it-vol-i/ and put my own spin on it..
