Dunkin donuts has a chocolate donut with coconut on it. In general I'm really not a donut person but if you put one of those in front of me I can not resist.

The new Dunkin Donuts oreo donut is irresistible. It's filled with cream icing filling and topped with crushed oreos.

@mrs. wagon: I tried to order one recently & didn't realize there are 2 Oreo kinds! One filled, one not. I wanted the filled, (I love vanilla filled doughnuts!) but they gave me the other kind, it wasn't awesome : ( or maybe it was but my heart was set on trying the other one so I couldn't appreciate the one I got.
Depends on my mood, strawberry frosted if I'm feeling perky, apple cider when I'm feeling cozy, and the vanilla filled with chocolate icing from KK whenever I can get my hands on one!

@mrs. bird: yea, we tried both. No difference really, just one filled and one not. The not filled one just tastes like a regular frosted donut... just like the vanilla or strawberry or chocolate frosted ones. you HAVE to try a filled one. oh em gee.

Fasnacht are the absolute best. I am having trouble posting the wiki link from my tablet but Google it. Mmmmm.
When it's not the day before Lent, I love sour cream cake donuts and maple donuts. In a pinch, mini chocolate or powdered sugar ones.

Love regular and chocolate glazed cake donuts. And chocolate munchkins... Nom nom! Also krispy kreme's original glazed, but those go down so fast they seem unsubstantial. Haha,

I like the old fashioned ones that are chocolate with a "clear" glaze on them. I don't know what they are called! They're kinda crinkly? Maybe a cake donut?
Also, can't go wrong with a bacon maple bar!
