Generally I like jelly donuts followed by boston cream, but if I am getting a donut from Krispy Kreme it has to be original glazed. Whats your favorite donut?

I like frosted donuts with sprinkles! Chocolate or cherry frosted are my favs.

@Mrsbells: I know it's weird, but something about sprinkles just does it for me. I like dot sprinkles more than the long kind. I guess I'm like 5 yrs old on the inside?

I like cake donuts with sprinkles... and the regular glazed ones or a jelly donut. I've heard amazing things about Doughnut Plant's creme brulee donut (in NYC) though!

I dont really eat donuts, but when I do, Im like an old person and like the plain old sour cream ones. Yummm; And now I want a donut. And Im on a diet, so thats a no go. Boo

Ooh that reminds me, I had a maple-frosted donut on vacation once and it was amazing! They also had maple-frosted eclairs with bacon on top. SO GOOD!

@Mrsbells: Bacon! They call them bacon donuts, but really the bacon is just a finishing touch. I have yet to find a food that wasn't improved by the addition of bacon...

I usually like plain glazed or old fashioned blueberry cake at the apple farms.

Tim Horton's sour cream glazed!!!!! When I moved to the US I was genuinely sad about leaving them behind.... until the random middle of nowhere area we moved to just so happened to have a Tim Hortons. Yay!

You guys, I got up 10 minutes early this morning so I would have time to swing by the donut store. Brought a coffee cup with milk, sat in my car and enjoyed 2 delicious sprinkled ones. Ahhhh. I will probably sugar crash within the next hour.

I LOVE cake donuts, sour cream donuts, plain glazed, chocolate glazed (like the chocolate donut with a glaze on it), chocolate frosted...I've never had maple glazed or cider donuts, but I'm sure I'd love them too.
Might be easier to figure out which ones I DON'T like! I heart donuts. I had an inkling I wanted to marry DH when he walked across Philly from his apartment to mine in the middle of the night during a transit strike and brought me donuts.
