I was eating a grilled cheese sandwich yesterday and realized that I just LOVE cheese! My all time favorite soft cheese is brie or gouda. And for hard cheese, I love sharp cheddar and pepper jack.
What's your favorite cheese?

CHeddar or Colby Jack. I also love herbed soft cheese spreads like aloutte or rondele.

I've never met a cheese I didn't like. My all time favorite is drunken goat cheese (harder goat cheese soaked in wine), and I can never resist a good brie.

same here -- brie, gouda, and cheddar are my go-to's, but i also love gorgonzola, goat cheese, ricotta, and mozzarella!

goat - #1
but all the others are in second (with the exception of blue cheese... that i don't do)

Halloumi cheese- greek sheep cheese that can be fried, but it is hard to find.
My second choice is goat cheese! But I will eat any type of cheese, you don't have to twist my arm.
Kind of funny because I grew up on a goat farm and absolutely hate goat's milk- but I can't get enough of the cheese.

Like JoyJoy, I’ve never met a cheese I didn’t like. My favorites are cheddar, gouda, pepper jack, St. Andre triple crème, goat and Brie. On Oscar night we went to a friend’s house for a party and I basically stationed myself in front of the Brie and my and baby ate our way through most of the wheel ourselves!

pepperjack or colby jack are my go to on a cheese platter!

Seriously, pepper jack quesadillas are my kryptonite. I can eat those all day every day.

All. Seriously! I love all cheeses! I love regular hard cheese, stinky cheese, soft cheese, moldy cheese, hard cheese, etc.
I love going to Whole Foods and A Southern Season to taste test as many cheeses as I please.

My absolute, hands-down favorite is St Andre Triple Creme Brie...best stuff in the whole world...followed by pretty much any other type of brie, then goat cheese and Gorgonzola. I also love a good cheddar, and gouda, and muenster...really, there aren't very many I don't like.
I'm not a huge fan of blues, but they've been growing on me. I don't particularly like swiss cheese, unless it's melted in a sandwich or on a burger (preferably with bacon and mushrooms).

I love cheese and am really missing it lately! My favorite is this gouda with kalamata olives in it...yummy!

I love them all, yum! except moldy cheeses; I'm not quite acclimated to those yet. to eat out of hand, super sharp cheddar, with pickles. but I also love a good goat cheese or homemade ricotta.

Camembert but brie will do just fine. I also occasionally go crazy for Roquefort.
I miss Dubliner cheese - I can't find that here and it's pregnancy friendly!

I like sharp or extra sharp cheddar...but will go for almost any kind...but I'm more on the hard cheese side.

Cheese is one of the natural wonders of the world! I like most cheeses but some of my true loves are Petit Basque, Cambezola, Buerre kasen... the list goes on and on. MMMM Fontina too! The only reason I run is so I can eat cheese!

I love so many cheeses! Sharp cheddar, colby jack, gruyere. I really like hard cheeses. But I also love goat cheese!

I love cheese and now that I'm pregnant I miss the soft cheeses terribly. I'm still eating hard cheeses and loving Manchego at the moment

Oh goodness....brie, manchego, mozzerella, swiss, asiago...basically any kind of cheese, except bleu cheeses. I LOVE CHEESE and any sort of melted cheese on carbs (crackers, bread, pizza, etc) is my weaknes.

@joyjoy: Ditto to the never met a cheese I didn't like.
@Mrs. Jacks: Ha ha that is why i run too.
Have you guys ever had just made mozzerella? I imagine that is what heaven is like.

I do not like blue cheese.
I Love love love Irish Dubliner followed by Swiss.

My favorite is Brie, but I also llooooooove Dubliner. So good. Honestly, though, I just love cheese, period. The cheese section at Wegman's is like my own personal nirvana.

Humbolt Fog, Fontina (melted), Havarti with dill (easy to get anywhere). All kinds of cheese. I LOVE cheese.

@ALittleP: YOu can still have them, you just have to cook them. I made a panino with brie and apples (totally cooked the brie through). Mmmmm!

I LOVE all cheese...hard, soft, stinky, mild...I LOVE them all! On our honeymoon, I had a cheese plate with almost every meal and would also order it for room service to enjoy with wine in our room...one of my favorite memories from our honeymoon.
When I was pregnant I stayed away from all the soft cheeses just to be safe, but I practically ate my weight in Beecher's Flagship Cheddar (a sharp white cheddar...Oprah's favorite mac&cheese is from Beecher's Cheese in Seattle). I would eat a huge amount of it with sliced apples or pears.

Not really a big cheese fan but I do like mild and sharp cheddar or fresh mozzarella. I'm not a fan of gorgonzola or blue cheese. I do like blue cheese dressing as a veggie dip or something. Just not the cheese by itself.

This is an impossible question to answer. I love all types of cheese.
