My husband makes a thin sliced potatoes that are pan fried with garlic. They are really good.
I also love some marinated (italian dressing) potato wedges that are grilled!

Sliced into wedges, tossed with seasonings and olive oil, and baked until very crispy.

all of the ways!! seriously, I loooove potatoes. dh just made me a yummy salad with boiled potatoes, peaches, arugula, and almonds that was amazing. Or, I make a salad with potatoes, green beans, scallions, olives, and feta that I copied from a greek restaurant that I love. but french fried, sautéed, hash browns, home fries, in omlettes, in quiche or gratins, baked, mashed, scalloped, etc, you name it I love it!

At the moment, cut into cubes and baked with margarine and roasted garlic and red pepper seasoning. YUMMO!
When making mashed, I add in Herb and Garlic cream cheese... sooo good!!!

My fav (super unhealthy) way is sort of a mix between baked and potato skins. I bake the potato and then split it incompletely in half and sort of mash each side in the skin. then add butter/salt/pepper and mash it up into each side. then add lots of cheddar cheese and chopped up bacon and broil until bubbly. then garnish with green onions (and sour cream if you're my husband).

Mashed- as long as they're thicker/chunkier and not runny/too smooth. Blegh. Then after that- baked with CHEEESEEEE and bacon. And after that... potato soup!!! Then probably french fries haha.
