If I'm home alone, I make pasta with red sauce. If I'm feeding my husband, it's beef stroganoff.

When I'm cooking for DH and me I'll make chicken curry or pasta with sausage.
When I'm alone I'll just eat veggies or nuts. Or something simple.
Kids are zzz and I'm gonna have a grapefruit! -
Tilapia! When DH is gone I throw tilapia in the oven and usually broccoli in the steamer. I am lazy and boring ! I hate cleaning a kitchen for just me!!!

rice with fried egg, sesame oil and soy sauce with kimchi. we always have rice in the rice cooker so i only have to fry an egg.
