My LO consistently pulls out his Sesame Street books everyday and The Very Hungry Caterpillar. What's your LO's favorite? And how old are they?

LO loves a very Aussie book called "And Kangaroo Played His Didgeridoo". She's 6.5 months old and every time I start it, she gets a huge smile on her face! It's a very cute rhyming book and is quite silly, but we all really enjoy reading it!

Her favorite is a recordable Rudolf the Red Nose Reindeer book that my in-laws recorded for her. It's cute... except having to heard my MIL sing the song at the end... over and over and over again. :-x Her other favorite is the "Where is Baby's Puppy", lift the flap book. She really doesn't like to hear the story of any book - she just likes to turn the pages and lift flaps (if any).

LO is only 4.5 months but will listen through Dr. Seuss' ABC's...so I'll say that is her favorite. Although I mess up somewhere every time I read that dang book.

Her favorite book is "If I Were a Kitten" - because she likes to play with the fuzzy cat tail attached to the book! She likes listening to any story; doesn't really show any interest in one over the other. My husband reads her the news and she hoots at particular stories.

He seems to be the most interested in Mr. Brown Can Moo Can You. It's the only one that seems to capture his attention for the whole book.

Doggies by Sandra Boynton
(9 month old)
I used to hate reading the book when he was a non-responsive infant, but now he absolutely loves it, so it makes me feel good reading it. It's pretty much the only book that he will actually look at and listen to these days. We still do book time every night, but he is all squirmy and crazy.

@Mrs. Bee: My LO adores all the flaps and textures, I think that's what turned him into such a book lover.
