Thursday: Turkey burgers w grilled portobello mushrooms and yam fries

Friday: Alaskan Whitefish fillets, grilled eggplant and couscous

Saturday: TBD or leftovers or scrounge night

Sunday: Father's Day Meal, grilled steak, corn, twice baked cheesy sweet/white potatoes, sauted green beans
