My Verizon bill works out to around $100 a month, including voice and data. I don't text that much and these days I'm on mostly wifi, so I'm gonna try to save some more money and lower my data plan. I think I can get my bill down by $20 or so...

Work pays for mine so I don't know but my DH's is $87/month. He has an Iphone through Verizon with texting and data.

Not much, actually I dont even know. I'm still on a family plan with my parents (Dh is on one with his mom) and I have a cheap phone, and only have voice and texting (no data)

DH and I are on the same plan. We have two iPhones through Sprint. We have unlimited data/text etc.. and our bill is roughly $125/month.

@mrbee: Is that for both of you or just you?
We pay about $150 for two iphones with unlimited data and messaging packages with AT&T. As for voice, we share the minimum minutes family plan with 2 other family members.
We both have the unlimited data plan for iphones $30 each. We were grandfathered in. I could lower our data plan but I'm afraid of losing the unlimited data.

OMG! I am so jealous of all of these low numbers!
I'm on a Verizon family plan with DH & my dad (who pays a third of the bill). We have 700 minutes, unlimited texting, & each have a data plan. It's comes to $233 a month! So expensive!! I really want to switch providers but I'm afraid of not having service.

About $170 for 4 phones. My HTC , husbands iphone, my dad's iphone, my mom's regular old flip phone - with data, unlimited texting. Not bad! But I get a 18% discount through work, so that may be why it's pretty low for 4 phones? I have At&T

@Sweet T: I'm not including DH's cell in my answer, since he is on his family plan and they still foot the bill for his. So mine ($107) is just for one phone.

For both of us it is 170 a month/ so $85 a person with calls, texts, data. I also have a work phone that is paid for, if it was on a better network I would cancel my Verizon, but unfortantely ATT&T doesn't do well around here and that is my work phone's plan!

@chibee: Yup, I have a 15% discount on my AT&T plan. I have the discount because of my undergraduate school. I've graduated about 6 years ago and I still get the discount.

I'm still on my parents family plan too, plus I was grandfathered in to unlimited data for $30 a month. So in total, I pay... $40 a month. My parents don't charge me tax, plus they pay for the first two lines completely instead of spreading that across all the lines. I'm such a spoiled brat.

We pay around $260 a month, but that's for five iPhones with data and unlimited texting on AT&T. Luckily, that's not all our share! My brother, Mom and FIL are all on our family plan, so in the long run, we save some money -- divide it five ways, and our share works out to about $106 a month.

2 iPhones here.
Dh's plan is $80 and mine is an add-on with data so that's $40.
$120 +tax a month.
DH usually goes over his data so it's a little more every month.

We have a family plan for DH, myself, and another family member. Theirs is a basic phone just for making phone calls. Ours are iPhones with unlimited data (we were grandfathered in) and a texting plan. Luckily we get a discount on our bill because of DH's job, but I still feel like our $160 or so a month is pretty steep.

$160 a month for both our cell phones, which are both smartphones, so extra $ for the data plan each month. We then turn in the bill and DH gets back about $80 a month from work.

About $210/month for a Tmobile family plan with 5 phones. 3 of them - DH's parents and my sister - do not have data plans. DH and I have unlimited data, and I think we share like 2000 minutes. It still feels expensive to us, but I know that if we ever switch plans, it will be much more.

@bluestriped bee: Hrmm... that's better than I expected! Although I need the 2000ish minutes because I use my cell as my primary business phone. I wonder what that would cost with Verizon?
I would really love to switch to an iPhone a the end of the year when our contract expires (and tmobile doesn't carry iPhone)

we're on a verizon business plan with my parents and brother (my dad owns a small business), and we contribute $80/month for unlimited texting & data (i have an iphone, hubs has a 4g droid). we all share 900 minutes. our lines are $10 a piece for voice and text, and then $30 a piece for unlimited data... so, $80.

I work for a telecom company so I only pay $15/month for unlimited data/minutes. My husband threatened to leave a competitor and got them to lower his monthly plan by $15. He now pays $50 including taxes for data and minutes.

$250ish/month through AT&T (with a 15% discount through my employer)- 5 lines and a mifi- i get a little sick to my stomach when this bill gets paid every month. yuck!

$80 for 2 phones on a family plan with unlimited texting, no data. When we had 2 iphones our bill was just over $120 (We get a 16% discount).
