Because I am eating like a 600lb man today.

Every single time. And only for carbs and sweets and coffee drinks! It's insane.

Yes! And I find the cramps are worse on an empty stomach, so I pretty much eat all day long.

I usually have one day that I don't want to eat anything and another day that I want to eat everything. I figure it evens out in the end.

Yup! It's awful.

I lose my appetite for the first couple of days. When it comes back all I want is junk food.

My appetite is normal during AF but it is out of control the 2-3 days before my cycle starts.
