Like the title asks, when could your LO dress themselves? DD1 is 3 and I honestly don't really even think she is close but we also don't practice very much either...just wondering what the norm is.

She just learned to put shirts on and she's a little over 4.

My son, probably mostly by 3.5? Socks around 4. My daughter could put on everything except tights by the time she was 2. Miss Independent.

I started making my son get dressed by himself shortly after he turned 4. He could have done it sooner but most of the time it was just faster if I did it!

My four year old started (willingly) dressing herself from head to toe around four. She still needs help zipping her coat, but that's about it.
My two year old does undies & pants -shirts/dresses areabiut 50/50, and she manages her socks maybe 25% of the time.

My 3.5 year old can do her undies and bottoms, but can only put on her shirts if they are pretty baggy and she's in a good mood. If a shirt is fitted or she's whiny, forget it!

3.5 to 4, but realistically I still dress DS a lot because he's not into it in the morning, and in good days it's a bit of bonding time before we leave the house.

DD1 was a bit before 2.5. Sometimes things would be on backwards/inside out, but for the most part, she was good. She has picked out her clothes and dressed herself almost 100% of the time since 3. It's not always an asset ha
DD2 is almost 2 and is making pretty good progress on socks, pants, and shirts. She figured out (taught at preschool) the flip-trick for getting coats on last week. So I'm guessing she'll be on the same timeline?

She's 4 now and she can do everything except for socks.

My daughter is 4 and still needs some help with getting shirts on, but can do everything else, including socks and shoes herself, although she is very slow at it. She didn't really start dressing herself until 3.5 or so but she has been picking out her own outfits since she was much younger, which is not always a good thing!

She's 3 and has been able to for a few months. But she doesn't always do it- sometimes she doesn't want to, sometimes I don't want to wait.

Some time vefore she turned 3. She can't do buttons, but that's about it and she's almost 4. I can't remember the last time I dressed her (except for pjs because she draaaags it out).

My LO is almost 19 months and can take her coat, hat, and socks on/off (and I help with adjusting), and can do her shirt on/off with help finding the armholes. She doesn't do pants yet.
