K's seemed to hit all of the "growth spurts" a few days earlier than the average (from sites). Now I am REALLY scared for the 4 Month Sleep Regression, since I calculated that we'll be in Europe when she turns 4 months!

If you dealt with the 4 month sleep regression - WHEN did it start for your LO? Right at 4 months? Sometime in between 4-5 months? How long did it last? And what can I expect besides a lot of night wakings and extra feedings? I'm thinking it will be really rough with this AND time difference? Need to prep myself for what is to come! Thanks!
