it gradually diminished about 3 weeks but every now and then I get it again especially if I miss a pumping session, it hurts for days afterwards

8.5/9 wks...but Lo did a lot of damage to my nips due to his tongue tie so that had to heal as well.

It still hurts at 2 weeks. I find that it does help to pump a little beforehand.

It took a couple months for me. She had a really strong suck, so the initial latch always caught me by surprise.

6 weeks for me, but the last three weeks of it was only a sharp pain when LO initially latched on and went away after about ten seconds.
