I didn't do it until late late in my pregnancy. I wanted people to buy them for me for my shower.... but I didn't get one diaper at my shower

I started once we found out the gender. I pick up a few things here and there when there's a good sale or I come across a good deal on used diapers.

I started around 18 weeks I think, but just a few diapers. I bought more about a month before she was born, and then finished my stash when I figured out what I really like to use.

I purchased cloth diapers after my baby shower but didn't actually start using them until my LO was 2 months old.

I waited until I was in the third trimester, and then I randomly bid on all kinds of bumgenius diapers on Ebay. This was probably not the best method, but I have lots of varieties to try and I'll sell the rest.

I started at about 35 weeks. I ordered a bunch of one size BumGenius diapers. I had a newborn stash of GoodMama fitteds given to me by my sister for different occasions during my pregnancy (Christmas, my birthday, shower, etc.) if she hasn't give me those, I would have waited until baby was big enough for the BGs (not long as she was born at 9 pounds!)
