My mom piereced mine when I was little (6 months old I think?). I'm actually glad she did because I didn't have to go through the pain of dealing with ear piercing. Although I know a lot of moms nowadays don't like to pierce their daughter's ears until they're much older and can decide for themselves.

First ear piercing: Grade 3 after begging and begging.
Second hole on left ear: When I was 17, I visited Korea and my cousin took me to get it done.
Second hold on right ear: When I was 18.
Cartilage: When I was 18
Belly button: When I was 19. -
I was too young to remember for my first piercing. I got my second ear piercing when I was in 7th grade for getting all As on my report card. I got my cartilage pierced when I was 16 and I got my belly button pierced when I was 17. Both of those were also contingent upon getting straight As. Also, all but the first ear piercings have grown closed now.

I honestly can't remember when I got my first. I remember getting my second at 16.

I never got my ears pierced I dont wear jewelry and I'm not big on piercings. The only jewelry I wear is my wedding band.

I was 16. I never wanted it before and then one day I decided I was ready. My dad made me go to a plastic surgean because he was worried I'd get AIDS.

I was 5. I've been wanting to get second holes in my ears for awhile now, but I'm too much of a wimp!

Age 17. Needed a family member for consent. My mom gave me permission at 12 but didn't want to see it happen, so I couldn't get it done until grandma (from across the country) said "why haven't you gotten your ears pierced yet?"

I can't remember, but I think it was 12. I had to wait until I was that age before my mom would let me.

i think i was in about 7th grade. and i did it with my mom's permission, knowing my dad was totally against it.

My mom had my ears pierced when I was really young but I guess she got tired of having to pin me down to change and clean them so she let them close up. I didn't get them repierced until I was older and could take care of them myself, then I pierced my my ears right above the original ones by myself with a safety pin when I was 13 I believe.

I was 6 or 7. and that was late for my family. All the girls in my extended family had their ears pierced under a year old.

I got them done when I was in 3rd grade for my birthday. I had to beg and beg!

I wish I had gotten them done as a baby! Instead I got them done at 7 years old, much anticipation and terror involved! My grandma did them with a sterile needle and potato... only it did not go smoothly and I did not want to get the second one done!

I had them done twice, once at age 7 and once at age 9. I was too young at 7 and couldn't take care of them nor did I want my mother touching me, so they got infected and closed.

My mom did mine as a baby, too. I love that I've had them for so long, they never get infected and I've gone a year or two without earrings and they don't close. I'll probably pierce my baby's ears when she's pretty young.

I was 15! I got mine done the same time as one friend got her second set of holes and another got her third. And my friend's six year old sister got her first set with me. My parents would have let me get them done at age 8 or 9, but I was too scared!

11 and in the 5th grade. My dad was really against it, but his sister took me to get them while visiting her in Korea during that year.
I got my cartilage and second holes in high school.

I got the pierced when I was 4. I got them repierced when I was 14, followed by a second hole, a third, and two in my cartiledge. Then a couple years later I got another ear piercing called a rook (I think). I had to go to the tattoo parlor to get that one. Now I only wear earrings in the first and second hole and in the rook.

Tongue: 18 (act of rebellion when I got to college) -
Firt set was in Kindergarten I think.
Then my older cousins got theirs done for a second hole/set. I was able to convince my mom to let me as well. Think that was 2nd grade.
Top left pierced in High school. -
Oh yeah, got my tongue pierced when I was 20 too. Belly button done around 16 I think.

I think I was in 5th grade. I got an A on a math test (hello, TIME for celebration!!!) so Mom took me to the mall. We got my ears pierced and ate at my favorite restaurant.
It was a great day.

I remember my mom taking me to the hair salon & picking the 14k gold studs out
