I got my first set done at 5 ish. My cartilage done at 15. My bottom second set at 18 and my other cartliage around 19.

I was 7. I begged and begged and my mom totally got me diamond studs for my 7th birthday! I was SO happy!

is it odd that i got mine done when i was about 1 day old?

@Beetones: no. I wish mine had been. haha I've also thought about doing it for my potential daughter.

My aunt got my baby cousins ears pierced because people kept calling her a boy even when she was dressed head to toe with pink and flowers.

I was 11 or 12!

on my 13th bday. it was a surprise (we were at the mall and my mom just walked us into the store) and i was so surprised that i fainted in the chair. on my 27th, we were back at the mall, and both got 2nd pierces

I was a baby! Maybe 1?

I was only a few months old.

My parents would not let me them pierced because of keloids. As an adult I pierced them and yep the keloids formed and my holes closed up.

Right after I was born.

When I was 8, for my aunts wedding.

I think I was 7 or 8. I don't remember begging, but I asked. My sister already had her ears pierced so I wanted mine done too.

I wanted them done when i was 8, but my parents made me wait until I was 13. I was the last girl in my class to have them done.

5th grade!

18. I wanted to when I was a child, but my mom wouldn't let me. So at 18 I went with a friend to get them pierced, my first adult act. Yup, I'm a rebel.

I was either 3 or 4. I remember asking for them and going with my mom to a little jewelry shop to have it done. And I remember being really disappointed that I had to pick studs and then leave them in for so long before I could wear pretty dangly earrings
I also remember screaming and running out of the store and down the shopping plaza sidewalk after they did the first one, but my mom convinced me to come back and finish the job.

18!

Never had them pierced.

12 and 17. All at Claires in the mall of course.
