I went on my first date my senior year of high school. I think we ate at Olive Garden and saw a movie.

Okay this is hilarious. My "boyfriend" in 6th grade invited me to a movie. We went and saw some TERRIBLE basketball movie (can't even remember the name of it?) and his Dad sat between us

I had dates to dances and stuff in middle school. But my first actual date where the guy picked me up in a car and it was just the two of us was when I was 14 and a freshman in high school. He was a senior.

14! Freshman year in HS . . . my parents drove me to my date's house, we watched a movie--The Naked Gun-- with another couple (and my date's parents upstairs), and then my parents drove me home. I had 4 dates total in HS - just one each year!

I think it was freshman year of high school. We went to the mall (I'm from NJ-- it's what you do!) My second date was similar-- we went to the mall, and then my first kiss was standing in a Sam Goody video store-- EW! 15 yo me is so tacky. After that, I didn't date again until the summer going into senior year, I think. The guitarist in a garage band-- swoon.
I wasn't allowed to date until I was 16, so the first two my mom dropped me off at the mall to "meet up with my friend". -
I had my first boyfriend at 12, but we weren't allowed to go on a date until I was 13, and we went and saw a terrible Schwarzenegger movie
Before that we were allowed to go to the pool together with our parents lol. I still can't believe my parents let me have a bf at 12, that ain't happenin with my kid! hah!
