I thought boys were icky until the fifth grade. I had a crush on a guy with a rat tail hairstyle!

omg! 1st grade. I had a "boyfriend" we would hold hands and stand in line up together. He would chase me only in boys chase girls. hahaha One time I commented on his haircut and he said "yea, I did it for you". LOL! So silly!!!
I even remember his name, Brandon. We broke up in grade 2 because we weren't in the same class any more!

I was like 4 or 5. I still remember because he was my dad's coworker's son. He came to my birthday party that year and gave me a stuffed bunny and I thought it was the best thing ever!

I was 11! he was the neighbor of some friends of mine -I was at their house all the time that summer and he would come over to play. I remember one day he asked me if I would be his "friend" hahaha. It was SO cute. He was adorable. I remember doodling and writing notes about him in my diary. I though I was in love and going to marry him lol.
Then my friend told me he had a girlfriend
and I was so mad.

Probably 2nd or 3rd grade? His name was Gilbert. I was trying to write about him in my journal, so I had to ask my dad how to spell "boyfriend" lol!

In grade 1 I liked this boy named Ben. He had the roundest head and one of those mushroom cut hairstyles from the early 90s. He was also the very person I had ever heard of who was Jewish and I found him fascinating because he didn't celebrate Christmas.
