My LO laughed out loud for the first time yesterday for like 2 minutes straight and I've been trying to get her to do it again but she just won't..maybe I'm just not that funny anymore.

both my daughters had their first laughs at about 3 months... the first instances were some of the sweetest memories of those early days!
2 minutes straight is a long time! how sweet!

@NYCaliMama: I kept making the crazy face and sound and she just kept laughing! I even got some of it on video! probably the best moment so far!

@lovelife: that's adorable and you're lucky to have gotten it on video! my hubby makes it his mission to get her to laugh all the time. I found a tickle spot that usually works, but sometimes i feel bad tickling her so much!

Sometime during month 3. She only laughs for me, whn I get close to her face and talk silly.LOL

My lo laughed at 3 months when my husband played got your feet with her. We were also lucky enough to get it on video.
She laughs a lot now, but you still never know what will get her. One day she laughed for 10 minutes straight at the word spit up.

The first time she laughed out loud was probably at 3 months but it was very rare. It wasn't until she was 4 months that we could consistantly get a laugh out of her on command

i can't wait until olive laughs! she is turning 3 months old this week, but seems to be a little behind on milestones since she was born early. baby laughs are the best!

Yes it is so sweet! She giggled around 3 months but it was around 4 months that she really started laughing.
