We are making the switch the first weekend in December. So, he will be ~30 months.

We are switching because we are potty training at the end of December and I don't want to have him in a crib to PT. Not night training him is not an option for us. We do it once and only once. lol

We switched at 18 months or so, partly because DS1 was vaulting out of his crib, partly because we were co-sleeping so often in those days. We will probably switch DS2 to bigger bed when he's old enough to share a room with DS1.

She was young, around 18 months I think, and she used to cry and cry in there. We moved her to a floor bed and it put a stop to the crying, she just used to trash the room instead.

He's 20 months. No plans to move him soon. He's so naughty!!!! Maybe when he's 10

We moved him at about 20 months. We moved him for a couple reasons - 1 was that I wanted to do the bed transition before potty training and he seemed to be showing signs of readiness. 2, he slept great once he was asleep but the going to bed process was getting worse and worse and I was afraid he was going to climb out. I thought maybe changing up the bed might help.

Bed time is still kinda slow, but overall better. And he totally stays in bed like it's a crib.

22/23 months because she was climbing out of her crib. (Crazy monkey!!) she's in a toddler bed now and will be promoted to a full blown twin size big girl bed by the time LO2 arrives in March - since he will need the crib.
