Right now each day seems pretty different time wise but our morning routine seems the same. Wake, feed, DH and I get ready and eat while LO is bibber swing, tummy time, LO eats and sleeps.
When did you have a routine or schedule?

At 5 weeks old. My mom came for two weeks and sorted us out. It was a lifesaver.

We started to implement EASY at 4 weeks, and by 6 weeks, we had a clear routine, but definitely not a set schedule! The daily routine started whenever Xander woke up for the day, which was anywhere between 6:00 and 8:00 a.m.!

4 weeks old we started a routine, and honestly it was great for us. I think it helped her sleeping for sure.

@MrsH: I LOVE LOVE LOVE the EASY routine (essentially Eat, Activity, Sleep, You). It got us into the habit VERY EARLY of not nursing to sleep, so we didn't have to deal with weaning off that once Xander was older! BUT Xander's also always been an easy baby who could self-soothe, so I'm not positive EASY works for every baby!

I don't think we had a routine until he was like 3 months! Even then, it was a loose routine.

@MrsH: We still had days and night mixed up, and since I was home alone, I was basically becoming a night owl instead of teaching my son that we needed to be more awake during the day.
So, for the first few days, while I got back on a working person's schedule, she worked on keeping my son awake for a bit longer, changing him into "day clothes," making sure we got outside during day light hours.
