When does one start to think about potty training?
When did you start and how long did it take LO to pee in a toilet for the first time? How about #2?
How long before they were accident free during day time?
How long before no diapers overnight?

We practiced elimination communication with DD and officially potty trained at 18 months. It took her 3 days to be accident free both poop and pee; she still wore pull ups to bed until 21/22 mknths, but she rarely had pee accidents (maybe 3 total) during that time.
I think most people don't start potty training until around three, though. That seems to be a magic age when kids pick up on it quickly and easily.

My eldest was a little over 2 yo when she was fully potty trained. She was trained with poop first then pee.
She had dry overnight diapers since 12 months though!

When does one start to think about potty training? That's totally your call. We did around 18 months.
When did you start and how long did it take LO to pee in a toilet for the first time? How about #2? We started at 19 months. Do you mean how long until he initiated or how long until we could get him to the potty based on signs of knowing when he needed to potty? Initiation was about a 5 days. Us knowing his signs/body language was about 2 days. He pooped in the potty the first day and same as for pee, initiation was about 5 days.
How long before they were accident free during day time? If we were exclusively at home, it was about 1 week but since he is in daycare and they have more than one kid they are dealing with and no pottys in the toddler room (all things that make a big difference) it was about 2 months.
How long before no diapers overnight? Immediately. We night trained when we day trained.
If I were to do it all over again, I'd probably wait to potty train until 22 months because our son was just more verbal by then so I think communication at daycare would have been faster.
