I saw someone else say that their LO was 4 months and using a "real" stroller. LO has good head control but I think she'd just slump over in her stroller.

We started within a month. We had the seat reclined all the way back with an infant insert.

She used it pretty much right away because it went basically flat.

We didn't use an umbrella stroller until LO was 7 months and sitting up.

We put LO in the City Mini at 5 months.

We stopped using the infant carseat with our Chicco system around 5 months? I think it couldve been sooner but LO only likes to be held so we rarely use our stroller

We started using just the stroller last week so 5 1/2 months because she was getting so heavy to carry around in her carseat. We let her sit reclined in the stroller.

We have a jeep liberty and thought general rule was 6 months but he still slumps over. We put a headrest in there but it's not so functional.
Since it will be getting cooler I may keep using the carseat

In our all terrain stroller, that both reclines in the back and has a footrest that can be adjusted so it's completely flat, I think it was about 8 months, after he outgrew the bassinet attachment. I loved it too much to change it out, lol.

Lo is 5 months old this friday and we still have never put her in the stroller without the car seat. we only use it on weekends. She has excellent head control but since she still fits in the car seat we still use that for now.

Mine reclines back so he is in a laying position...have been using since 8 days old with no car seat.

At 3 months we started putting LO in the stroller reclined to go on walks around the neighborhood and he loves it. However, if we drive somewhere, it is still just easier to snap the car seat into the stroller than to take him out of the car seat and strap him into the stroller!
