We stopped when she was sleeping through the night - around 3 months. She's never woken needing a change since then.

DS is over 10 months old and we still change his diaper at least once in the night! It is never dirty but he is a very heavy wetter at night and has leaks if we don't change. However, if he STTN, we might not wake him to change it.

Also, he never got a diaper rash until he was 8 months and then got a nasty yeast rash that was super stubborn! We finally just got rid of it!

We stopped at around 5/6 weeks but she has never, ever popped in the night. She is a really heavy wetter though (because she drinks more formula at night than in the day!) and the past few mornings she has soaked through to her sleep sack. I'm starting to wonder if I should start changing it again....

I stopped at maybe 3-4 weeks. Only change in case of poo.

Once she stopped pooping over night. Then we started again once she started waking up to eat again so many times. But the changes just piss her off so we would avoid it we could.

I think around 6wks when I read that it is quite common for people not to change them during the night. She never poos at night, gets a rash or is bothered in the slightest about a wet nappy. I think she was more bothered by being made to lay on the changing mat for 5mins whilst I changed her!

I also stopped when he no longer pooped overnight. His pediatrician also recommended it in order to help him sleep longer. Clean diaper, healthy dose of Desitin to create a barrier, and he's good to go for the night.

8 weeks or so when we noticed she never pooped at night anyway.

We stopped sometime when he was 2 months old? His diaper is super duper heavy upon wake up, but no issues so far. If it's dirty, we'll change it, and you definitely know - his super stinks and he's EBF too.
